Greater Vancouver Real Estate Rebound in 2019

 Condo Market Still Strong in Lower Mainland

As everyone knows the Greater Vancouver real estate market saw a much needed correction and stabilization through the end of 2017 and all of 2018.  This was particularly noticed in the “high end” housing market and in detached homes priced at 2 million plus.  The condo market meanwhile has seen modest increases in many places and with demand now exceeding supply, most experts agree that it is a both a good time to buy or sell again starting this May or June.  This is an interesting read on the state of the Vancouver market.
