I’m looking at the stats for Mid October and noticing that buyer engagement is increasing which will likely result in October sales in Greater Vancouver reaching above 200o.
While there is another Bank of Canada interest rate announcement to come at the end of the month, much of the sharp increases have come and after price adjustments in the last six months for properties, it continues to be one of the best times to look at purchasing real estate in Vancouver.
